With 25 years’ experience working for high-profile businesses on change management, company structures and culture, I provide consultancy to creative lead companies, start-ups and CEOs with a change mandate.
PEOPLE
I get along with people. I am an enabler, valued for listening and quickly assessing business situations. I deal with issues sensitively, but offer candid solutions and act as a sounding board for CEOs.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
I help build businesses. Working with founders, owners or CEOs, I advise on the creation and structuring of management teams, including the setting up of boards of directors and appointing senior staff. I create structures that facilitate scaling and business growth, while maintaining the culture and ethics of a company.
ORGANISATION
I get things done. New businesses, joint venture initiatives and companies undergoing rapid change find my skills and experience invaluable. I can supply proposals, handle HR issues, and plan company initiatives.
